Why LeBron is LeBron: The Strongest Only Child Of All-Time

LeBron is not my GOAT, i have him 3rd after Kobe and obviously MJ. I’d like to preface that right now, but I also respect LeBron’s game and can see in-between the lines of how he has impacted the NBA with tremendous positivity while also potentially ruining it in ways by team hopping and flopping. SGA is now his resulting ugly stepchild that looks like Randall Boggs from Monsters Inc and flops around like a fish. They both are way too talented and athletic to be doing the flopping bs. The NBA has officially become soccer. And were Americans and that isn’t allowed in our culture. (Not soccer, i love soccer in ways and especially playing, but the flopping aspect would definitely drive me wild if i watched it religiously just like the NBA)

SGA The Flop Prince

You see the psychology of LeBron is not simple. He was raised by a single mother, and had to strive to get out of the hood and to a place of safety. However, he is also an only child, which has its own psychological impacts combined with the fact he is one of the freakiest specimen’s of all-time and could beat me up and every adult that isn’t a black belt up since the age of about 13-14, to have any type of ego-check is nearly impossible. He had gang members refusing his potential gang services and with offered protection. All because he was that good but at such a young age, and everyone knew he was destined for greatness, how can you ever doubt any decision you ever made when you lived a life with no siblings and everyone in your circle confirming you are the man? You simply can’t and in my assumptions, that is the reason he failed to become the G.O.A.T.

(Undeniably The Hardest Task In The World – And You Did Great Bron – Don’t Take This The Wrong Way – I’d Trade Everything Just To Be In Your Shoes For A Day)

“The Decision”

The Decision in my eyes was the reason LeBron never became the G.O.A.T. and is the “Should’ve Been G.O.A.T.” and that nationally televised free agency fiasco was the worst “decision” in his life (which for failures retrospectively compared to me and other mere mortals and non basketball Gods it isn’t too bad) but when you are talking about competing with Black Jesus? You best not miss, and that he did.

I think he should have stayed in Cleveland, he was still young, and had already been to 2 Finals (those 2 don’t count against his G.O.A.T. argument to me. Mavs series on the other hand..that was the end of the discussion in hindsight of his career) Cry if you want, the real G.O.A.T. never saw a Game 7 in the Finals when it mattered most, let alone a megalithic crash and burn that he had against a perennial team sure, but not a team with any outrageous prowess that should stop the G.O.A.T. from getting to work. If he ended up with 7 or 8 Championships then sure, its undeniable he’s the G.O.A.T. but that’s not happening, he’ll be blindingly lucky if he gets a 5th this year even though he is having a flash from the playoff past and playing with absolute greatness right now. Potential steroid usage or not (why would Chael Sonnen lie about seeing Savannah at a BALCO clinic) this run is undeniably awesome and impressive. I just don’t think the Lakers have the firepower even if Luka and Reeves come back to dismantle the West this year. SGA’s whistle is on Super-Saiyan Mode and due to Adam Silver wanting to expand the game via small market teams and with international superstars (SGA is from Canada) the Thunder are going to most likely repeat. Adam Silver is very obvious with his tampering’s. I cannot stand him and want him out. Every Commissioner has their own form of tampering with the game and influencing it, but nobody is more blatantly obvious than him. He sucks. Now back to LeBron.

LeBron tampered with his legacy because he is an Only Child who had all Yes Men in his circle. If he stayed in Cleveland, he wouldn’t need to play 25,000 years in the league, he would have 7-8 championships. Without a doubt in my mind he would. He would’ve found championship DNA in the original Cleveland stint and instead of having to pack up and restart 2-4 of those prime years, he would have at least one 3-peat if not 2 and he would’ve easily had 6-8 championships. Cementing him as the G.O.A.T. without any doubt. Instead, his decision went unquestioned all the Yes Men and Women let him down. His agent let him down. Imagine man. If he had a couple brothers or sisters, they would have told him not to do it, instead a career of Greatness, but not where he ultimately wanted to be, THE G.O.A.T.
